Assembly

Assembly of products can be as simple as placing rubber bungs over metal lugs to prevent damage by corrosion as parts pass through our plating process.

Assembly also includes the more intricate work of assembling corporate emblems with both inserts and die cuts that enable adhesion to the vehicle. Borough have installed fully automated, processor controlled badge assembly machines that ensure high accuracy and consistency of the assembly of badges and the necessary die cut adhesives.
